This is just my view from doing research. It only has a little information and there is a lot more that could be here. This is updated as I add more to it.

Silly verses used to justify Sunday worship: Colossians 2:14:
But if we compare Colossians 2:14 to Deuteronomy 31:24-26 we find that Colossians is referring to the laws of Moses and not the laws of God. The 10 commandments were a part of the law of God and not the laws of Moses. So Colossians is saying the laws of Moses are done away with. Not the 10 commandments.
If you read Exodus 40:20 it is clearly stated that the 10 commandments, Gods Law, is placed inside the ark. While Deuteronomy 31:24-26 clearly states the law of Moses is placed beside the ark.
Mark 2:27
Then he said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.
Some People seem to be under the impression this means since Sabbath was made for man it does not matter what day we worship or what we do on the Sabbath. What they always seem to neglect are the verses that precede this one that very clearly states that this verse is talking about turning the Sabbath into a burden, not doing away with the Sabbath.
But now that you know God - or rather are known by God - how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again? Galatians 4:9
Like seriously. WTF!! Christians using this verse, or should I say only taking a small portion of this verse, without looking at the context really make me lose my hope in the intelligence of humanity. Read the full verse. Read the verses before and after. Read the chapter. It is talking about turning back to being pagans. Or mixing pagan traditions with their new Christian beliefs. It also applies to worshipping the day itself. Obviously you should not be worshipping the day, Sabbath (Saturday). This does not mean do not worship on Saturday, it is saying do not turn the day itself into the experience.
2 Corinthians 3:6-7 is another verse that people use to show that Saturday is not the day to observe. They seem to like taking verses out of context. If all verses are saying one thing, but there is one verse that seems to be different I am inclined to believe the single verse is being misunderstood. For example Roman 7:12 clearly states that the "law is holy, the commandment is holy, righteous and good". There are many versus that state Gods law is good and are still in full effect.
Here is some commentary from the NIV study bible on 2 Corinthians 3:7
"
The law of the old covenant given at Sinai was in now way bad or evil; on the contrary, Paul describes it elsewhere as holy, righteous, good and spiritual (Romans 7:12,14) (Hey the same verse I used above). The evil is in the hearts and deeds of people who, as lawbreakers, bring upon themselves the condemnation of the law and the penalty of death - and the law engraved on the stone could not purge away that evil. The glory of God surrounded the giving of the law and was reflected on the face of Moses when he descended from the mountain (see Exodus 34:29-30).
"
Ten commandments are part of Gods Law not Moses/Ceremonial laws:
Exodus 40:20
Exodus 32:15-16
He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read. Luke 4:16
So basically Jesus worshipped on Saturday, not Sunday.
At that time Jesus went through the grain fields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry and began to pick some heads of grain and eat them. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to him, "Look! Your disciples are doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath." He answered, "Haven't you read what David did when he and his companions were hungry? He entered the house of God, and he and his companions ate the consecrated bread—which was not lawful for them to do, but only for the priests. Or haven't you read in the Law that on the Sabbath the priests in the temple desecrate the day and yet are innocent? I tell you that one greater than the temple is here. If you had known what these words mean, 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the innocent. For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath."
Going on from that place, he went into their synagogue, and a man with a shrivelled hand was there. Looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, they asked him, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?" He said to them, "If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out? How much more valuable is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." Matthew 12:1-12
So it is okay to do good works on the Sabbath.
"There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience." Hebrews 4:9-11
So Sabbath is for rest. You should attempt to rest on the Sabbath (Saturday) or risk disobedience to God. Read all of Hebrews Chapter 4 which explains more.
Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. Matthew 24:20
Read all of Matthew chapter 24 for context. To state it simply, this is referring to the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. This is 40 years after Jesus crucifixion. Notice that he still excepts worship to be conducted on Sabbath (Saturday).
Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. Genesis 2:1-3
So apparently the Sabbath was created at creation and is not part of the Law of Moses but the law of God. It is part of Gods law that is not done away with. The Sabbath was well established before the ten commandments.
Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. Exodus 20:8-11
Also I gave them my Sabbaths as a sign between us, so they would know that I the Lord made them holy. Keep my Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God. Ezekiel 20:12,20
Seems to be that God is under the impression Sabbath (Saturday) is the day he wants people to worship him.
Now there are many other verses in the new and old testament that can be used. Many of the verses that are used in the new testament that I have been shown to show that Sunday is now the day to worship, under inspection have all been misquotes or twisted to fit the persons own opinions on the subject.
